About Reinerelly
Reinerelly is a small editorial index of hotels. It exists because most hotel writing online is organised around price and score, and neither of those tells you what a building is. We sort by kind instead — art hotels, capsule hotels, casino hotels, ice hotels — and write a few hundred words about each property, describing what it is made of, what it used to be, and what staying there is actually like.
How entries are chosen
A property earns a place here when there is something specific to say about it: a conversion that kept its argument intact, a format worked out to the millimetre, a site that could not be anywhere else. Lists are deliberately short. We would rather carry a handful of well-written entries per category than a long catalogue nobody reads to the end.
What we do not do
We do not take bookings, hold reservations, or pass enquiries to hotels. We do not publish star ratings, guest reviews, or scores of any kind, and we do not run comparison tables. Facts are kept general and true to the character of each property; anything time-sensitive — rates, opening seasons, room counts, what is currently open on the site — should be confirmed with the hotel itself before you rely on it.
Corrections
Buildings change hands, wings close, conversions continue. If something here has gone out of date or was wrong to begin with, write to us and we will fix it or remove it.
