Reinerelly is run by a small editorial team. The quickest way to reach us is by email, at editor@reinerelly.com. We read everything that arrives and reply to most of it, usually within a few working days.

What to write about

• Corrections — a detail here that is wrong, outdated, or describes a property that has since changed.
• Suggestions — a hotel you think belongs in one of the four categories, with a sentence on why.
• Editorial questions — how we choose entries, how a piece was researched, permission to quote.
• Press and media — enquiries from the properties themselves or from people writing about them.

What we cannot help with

We are not a booking service and have no connection to the reservation systems of any hotel described on this site. We cannot check availability, hold a room, change or cancel a reservation, apply a rate, or pass a message to a front desk. If your question concerns an actual stay, contact the hotel directly — it will be faster and it will be accurate.

Response times

There is no phone line and no live chat, by design. Email is the only channel, and it is answered by a person rather than a queue.
